Bell Sleeve Shrug

Size: small (medium, large, extra large)
based on upper arm circumference of 11 (12.5, 14, 16)inches

Materials: Lionbrand Wool Ease 2 skeins
Size 8 needles
Yarn Needle

Gauge: 16 sts/20 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch


Work all "decrease rows" as follows:
Right Side: K1, K2tog, K to last 3 st, SSK, K1
Wrong Side: P1, P2tog, P to last 3 st, SSP, P1

Work all "increase rows" as follows:
Right Side: K1, M1, K to last stitch, M1, K1
Wrong Side: P1, M1, P to last stitch, M1, P1


Cast on 70 (74, 80, 86) stitches.

Rows 1-5: Work straight stockinette stitch (st st) starting with purl side.

Work "decrease row" next row and every 9th (12th, 10th, 12th) row 10 (7, 9, 8) times.

Work straight st st until piece measures 26 (30, 30, 31) inches long.

Work "increase row" next row and every 9th (12th, 10th, 12th) row 10 (7, 9, 8) times.

Work 5 rows st st.

Bind off.

Finishing:Sew sleeve seams 19 (19, 20, 21) inches up each side.

Weave in ends.
